Responsibilities
Spearhead the implementation and integration of credit card programs onto our platform.
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, exemplifying exceptional customer service.
Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for credit card programs onto our platform.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align project expectations and ensure seamless communication.
Utilize experience in building or onboarding card programs to provide insights during integration.
Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and drive project execution.
Ensure that all onboarding processes adhere to regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
Drive improvements in onboarding processes and methodologies based on industry trends and client feedback.
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in technical project management
Proven expertise in managing complex projects, working against SOWs, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope
Ability to create and implement new policies and procedures to optimize project execution and client satisfaction
Strong technical knowledge, including experience with APIs, SQL, and basic coding knowledge
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical and business challenges
Experience working cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and enterprise clients to deliver tailored solutions.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and the ability to distill technical information for diverse audiences.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
