Senior Product Marketing Manager at LoanPro responsible for GTM strategy and product launches. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue in Fintech space.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive comprehensive Go-To-Market plans for major product releases and new features.
Become the internal authority on LoanPro’s technical capabilities, customer personas, and the Fintech landscape.
Create and oversee high-leverage assets including white papers, pitch decks, website copy, and case studies that clearly articulate ROI and business value.
Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver deep-dive training sessions. Ensure the sales team can speak fluently about our differentiators.
Lead the charge on competitive research. Monitor competitor movements, analyze their messaging, and produce "battle cards" to help our sales team depose legacy infrastructure.
Collaborate with revenue leaders to build ROI calculators and business cases that prove the economic impact of LoanPro to C-level prospects.
Conduct client interviews and win/loss analysis to refine messaging and feed insights back to the Product team.
Act as a mentor to junior team members, setting the standard for quality, grit, and execution speed.
An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at the manager's discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.
Requirements
3-5 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven Launch Experience: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches from ideation to post-launch analysis.
Fintech Savvy: A strong understanding of the financial services landscape (Lending, Credit, Payments) is highly preferred.
Execution Mindset: You have a track record of high output. You can balance strategy with the "grind" of getting assets out the door.
Excellent Communication: Superior writing, presentation, and storytelling skills. You can simplify the complex.
Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to back up your decisions and measure the success of your launches.
Influence without Authority: Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, CS) toward a common goal without being their direct manager.
Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, and competitive intelligence platforms.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the "big picture" and align marketing activities with broader company revenue goals.
