About the role

  • Marketing Strategy & Performance Manager developing innovative strategies for Credit Cards and Personal Loans. Leading marketing initiatives and optimising customer engagement for consumer lending.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and optimisation of innovative marketing strategies.
  • Drive growth for Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Embedded Finance and consumer lending business.
  • Develop the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) marketing strategy for unsecured lending.
  • Champion the development of performance insight across the full plan.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver marketing initiatives at pace, using data and technology to test, learn, and scale new approaches.
  • Proven ability in crafting and delivering full-funnel marketing plans and multi-channel (paid, owned, earned) campaigns.
  • Ability to set, manage, and optimise large-scale marketing budgets (£m).
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior collaborators in complex organisations to secure agreement and lead change.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of working in unsecured (consumer) lending within a marketing team (desirable).
