About the role

  • Product Marketing Specialist at Newell Brands, managing product portfolio and leading new launches. Responsible for market analysis and product intelligence to drive growth and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product portfolio strategically
  • Lead new product launches
  • Translate market analysis and competitive intelligence into positioning, pricing, and growth decisions
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor products, and financial indicators
  • Travel to China to attend trade shows and negotiate with strategic suppliers
  • Conduct competitive intelligence analyses
  • Analyze the portfolios of the Cadence, Oster, Invicta, Coleman, and Contigo brands
  • Plan, manage, and lead strategic product development projects
  • Maintain continuous interface with the Commercial and Marketing teams
  • Be responsible for key product categories

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields
  • Advanced level of English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous experience in strategic portfolio management, product development, and category management
  • Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
  • Availability to travel
