Trade Marketing Analyst responsible for implementing market strategies and enhancing consumer experience at Fruki Bebidas in Canoas, Brazil.
Responsibilities
Provide support to internal and external clients, answering questions and providing information about procedures, rules, and matters related to the trade marketing area;
Create and/or propose improvements to internal department processes, as well as create/suggest sell-in and sell-out actions to improve sales performance, according to the customer's channel/activity;
Plan the promotional calendar, breaking down trade marketing activities while assessing the department's annual budget, as well as other department projects aligned with commercial objectives and market needs;
Monitor investments against the annual/monthly budget, ensuring funds are used rationally according to the allocated budget for the month;
Guide the creative agency on planning requirements and the development of trade activation and point-of-sale materials;
Provide technical guidance and support for developing and updating the execution guide according to channel/activity, interacting with other involved departments: merchandising and market intelligence;
Propose new approaches, tools, and strategies to optimize Trade Marketing performance and increase the company's competitiveness;
Ensure strategies are properly implemented at points of sale, optimizing product display, visual communication, and promotional materials.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields;
Experience in Trade Marketing with fast-moving products, market information analysis, creation of materials and controls, planogramming, analysis and presentation of results, and sell-in and sell-out activities;
Knowledge of Scanntech and/or Retail 360° is a plus;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; an Excel test will be conducted;
Valid Category B driver's license (CNH);
Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1-hour break.
