Marketing Manager responsible for creating marketing strategies and supporting projects in the health insurance sector in Nürnberg, Germany. This role requires collaboration, analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collaborate in the development and implementation of marketing concepts and initiatives
Participate in feasibility studies and implementation projects in accordance with the product development process
Conceptual design and maintenance of digital advisory tools (extranet/intranet and website content)
Ongoing management of comparison-software providers, rating agencies and trade press (in particular quality assurance, information provision, etc.)
Conceptualize, produce and update sales and argumentation materials of all kinds (e.g., brochures, flyers, presentations, e-papers, etc.)
Develop and implement campaigns and activities (possibly together with external service providers)
Prepare market and competitor analyses / competitive comparisons
Coordinate internal and external service providers
Support preparation and, where applicable, execution of events (including creating presentations)
Requirements
Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk and/or further qualification as an insurance specialist or business administrator, or a comparable degree/training
Strong specialist knowledge in health insurance
Strong affinity for marketing and sales-related topics
Excellent communication skills
Strong digital affinity
Proficient in MS Office
Flexible and a strong team player
