About the role

  • Marketing Manager for Coles enhancing Lifestyle Services brand and customer experiences in Australia. Collaborating with teams to turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Help evolve the Lifestyle Services brand and customer experience by connecting brand thinking, customer and market insights, and practical marketing execution.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and governance of the Lifestyle Services brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Lead and deliver customer and market research programs, including planning, agency engagement, and insight synthesis.
  • Map and analyse customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate data into insight-led recommendations that inform marketing and communications activity.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to align priorities and support business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure quality delivery and strong outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience working with complex or regulated products is helpful, but not essential.
  • Experience using customer or market insights to inform decisions.
  • Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Confidence influencing and constructively challenging stakeholders.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills with a collaborative approach.
