About the role

  • Marketing Manager responsible for developing campaigns at Funding Societies Thailand. Driving user acquisition and retention while leading a high-performing team in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition (for borrower, partner and lender), maintain engagement and improve retention through online and offline channels that align with the current business strategy and goals
  • Analyze campaign performance, understand the drivers of ROI, identify key learnings and iterate quickly
  • Understand and regularly monitor/track competitor movement to keep updated with their marketing/business activities as references and insights
  • Manage to build/maintain relationship with targeted media list, related associations including conducting regular media visits between Funding Societies key spokesperson and the targeted media and associations, including responding to media inquiries within their preferred timeline
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of team excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Develop and manage strategy for social media and blog performance for Funding Societies Thailand
  • Working together with Human Resources team to manage internal communications activities to maintain engagement with internal stakeholders and maintain c-NPS score
  • Manage all planning, traffic and scheduling for all the following activities: marketing events, pitching events, promotion materials, public relations, internal communications, and ongoing campaigns
  • Compile monthly reports on the result of all stated above activities
  • Work closely with the creative design team to develop relevant marketing collateral
  • Work closely with the finance team to track monthly marketing budget vs. spending
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to collaborate as a business partner to support digital campaigns and manage business activities schedule.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 5+ years of related working experience including business partnering (B2B marketing is a must)
  • Team management experience of at least 2 years preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written Thai & English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Financial Institution (Banking, Lending, Insurance, Payments, Fintech) would be preferable
  • Experience in driving result-oriented marketing campaigns with good network of freelancers/vendors/production house/agencies to support the execution of strategies
  • Experience in managing/executing a quantitative and qualitative marketing research
  • Experience in navigating CMS (i.e. Contentful, Hubspot) and CRM tools (i.e. Zoho and Pipedrive) would be preferable
  • Possess some basic knowledge about digital marketing is an added advantage
  • Outstanding team player with an business partnership mindset to interact effectively with marketing and non-marketing colleagues
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize task and activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicates and aligns conflicting priorities & proposes solutions
