About the role
- Team Product Owner managing product backlog for Merchant Services in a hybrid working environment. Leading prioritisation of scheme mandated development for corporate clients in payments.
Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with our Schemes & Global Transaction Services product teams to understand our business and product strategy to craft and prioritise the roadmap for delivery

Requirements
- A payments background and a good understanding of Merchant Services - experience and working knowledge of scheme mandates is critical, and experience supporting the large corporate and institutional client segment is also highly desirable
- A strategic approach with the ability to think laterally, take initiative and implement the product vision
- Proven Product Owner experience working in a cross-functional team, and define work to be done
- The ability to influence up and down the organisation and explain prioritisation to senior partners
- Possess the ability to present complex information simply
- Proven track record of delivering commercial customer-focused features in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Experience of building a phenomenal team environment that attracts and retains talent
