Touring Director for Live Nation's LATAM Concerts, managing tours and staff coordination across events. Responsible for strong partnerships and business planning in live music.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing and managing all aspects for tours
Work with staff to gather and manage calendar avails and holds
Create and complete tour routings
Direct the completion of tour files like confirmations, contacts, offers, pot trackers, and more
Develop and maintain tour files and ensure organized properly
Utilize TM1 and other systems to gather and review ticketing related data to advise on decision making.
Ensure industry and guest ticketing requests are handled.
Direct Tour Finance on reporting needs and weekly artist payments.
Create and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders, including executive level
Create business plans and maintain deal sheets for worldwide tours of all sizes
Review data and research for decision making on tour items
Complete artist contracts per company guidelines.
Maintain excellent relationships with Artists, Agents, Managers, and related industry participants.
Lead interactions with other departments (i.e. marketing, ticketing, etc.)
Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day execution of worldwide tour deals and execution with local Live Nation offices and 3rd Party Venues.
Frequent communication and coordination with Tour Promoter Resource and contact point for our Tour Reps on the road.
Manage, guide and provide training to other Touring staff
Direction of specific event elements.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in the live music business and working with live events
Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Passionate about music and live experiences
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
