Responsibilities

Requirements
Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience with processes and structures in hospital management and an interest in cross-site collaboration within the GFO network
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, with a sustainable and consistent approach to implementing managerial decisions
Team-oriented leadership style that values engaging employees and achieving goals together
Identification with a non-profit, denominational sponsor and the Christian values that shape GFO’s identity
