Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating our in-house talent
Support sourcing new partners, preparing proposals, and handling incoming inquiries
Work on negotiating contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers
Support artist managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and assist with execution
Act as a liaison between talents and our partners, plan their assignments and ensure their wellbeing
Identify and secure potential new partners and future formats or productions
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and an eye for the latest digital and consumer trends
Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
