About the role

  • Artist Manager overseeing internal talents and facilitating collaboration opportunities in influencer marketing. Engaging with various partners for talent development and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
  • You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals and handle incoming inquiries
  • You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with partners and service providers
  • You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
  • You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their well-being
  • You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and productions
  • Together we help them work in a future-oriented way and create new opportunities beyond the artist role

Requirements

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
  • Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
  • Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
  • Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • High creativity and motivation
  • Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
