Requirements
Completed nursing training (e.g., geriatric nursing or health and nursing care)
At least one year of professional experience in outpatient/home care and initial leadership experience
Knowledge of prescription/authorization management
Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a confident manner
Empathy, personal responsibility, and enjoyment in motivating a team
