Requirements
8+ years of experience in large IT transformations or platform programs, ideally in energy retail or e‑commerce
Deep technical understanding of modern IT architectures, including: cloud platforms (preferably AWS), API- and event-driven architectures, integration patterns (REST, async, messaging), identity & access management, observability, monitoring, resilience and incident management
Experience with platform rollouts and migrations (e.g., legacy system replacement, data migration, testing and cutover strategies, hypercare)
Product- and result-oriented mindset
Proven expert in sourcing/insourcing, governance and vendor management
Confident communication with executive management, business units and external partners — fluent (negotiation-level) in German and English
