- Experience with platform rollouts and migrations (e.g., legacy system replacement, data migration, testing and cutover strategies, hypercare)
- Product- and result-oriented mindset
- Proven expert in sourcing/insourcing, governance and vendor management
- Confident communication with executive management, business units and external partners — fluent (negotiation-level) in German and English
