Responsibilities
Prepare, analyze and report on more complex financial information
Responsible for updating/maintaining financial forecasts and related modeling
Identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality
Evaluate financial information to develop and deliver more complex standard, and ad-hoc financial analysis
Provide management with a more complex financial perspective
Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects
Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assess the impact, and collaborate with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions
Provide support to the financial analysis team in the preparation and delivery the analysis of financial information including more complex financial analysis
Identify financial analysis issues/concerns and recommend mitigation solution(s) to management
Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives
Requirements
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
1 - 3+ Years experience in financial analysis and/or Retirement Plan Services
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information
Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop collaborative approaches
Demonstrates ability to identify and recommend process improvements
Strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
