About the role

  • Manager (FP&A) at AML RightSource focusing on financial planning, reporting, and collaboration across teams. Emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across regions
  • Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast) and explain key drivers
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions
  • Consolidate inputs and ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership and board presentations
  • Partner with business teams to support pricing decisions, deal evaluations
  • Conduct margin analysis by product, customer, geography
  • Identify margin leakage and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with business, regional, and functional leaders to understand performance drivers and provide financial insights to support decision-making
  • Independently present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable narratives for non-finance stakeholders
  • Perform detailed financial analysis including revenue trends, margin, cost efficiency, and working capital to identify risks and opportunities
  • Proactively question assumptions, legacy practices, and under-performing metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation of FP&A processes, models, and reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Work closely with business, HR, admin, IT to ensure alignment on financial processes and results

Requirements

  • Graduate in commerce and CA/ MBA (Finance)
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional experience in service industry in similar role
  • Experience in service industry is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of financial budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI tools with capability in data analysis and senior management ready presentations
  • Ability to foresee risks, be proactive and predictive
  • Excellent active listening, coordination, communication, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones in a global team setup
  • Willingness to stretch beyond standard working hours during key planning and reporting cycle
  • Ability to build impactful relationship with both domestic and overseas team
