- Leadership role providing expertise and strategic planning for Lincoln Financial Investments’ mutual fund trusts. Collaborating with stakeholders on financial reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Advises and provides subject matter expertise to management and applicable stakeholders on key financial reporting information and identified trends for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.

- Directs, establishes and implements priorities, performance goals and objectives to ensure departmental results for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Oversees and develops financial reporting policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required
- MBA degree and CPA designation preferred
- 10+ Years of direct mutual fund administration experience in roles with increasing levels of accountability / responsibility and span of control (Required)
- Extensive Fund Accounting background including closed-end funds
- Accounting experience with leverage facilities
- Experience in valuation methodologies of private asset classes
- Board presenting experience
