About the role
- As a Werkstudent in Revenue Operations, you'll support Damovo's marketing and sales efforts leveraging tools like Salesforce and analytics. Gain insights into data-driven decision making in a B2B environment.
Responsibilities
- Support revenue and marketing projects with a focus on Salesforce, marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Assist with Salesforce campaign management, e.g., maintenance, evaluation and documentation of campaigns
- Contribute across the project lifecycle: from setup and data maintenance to performance analyses and optimization
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards (leads, conversion rates, pipeline, campaign performance)
- Support data-driven analyses to derive insights for marketing and sales decisions
- Collaborate on optimizing lead management with Sales Operations (lead scoring, handover processes, KPIs)
- Support documentation and improvement of operational processes between Marketing and Sales
- Actively participate in quality assurance and governance of customer data in the CRM system
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Communications or a comparable field
- Strong interest in Revenue Operations, marketing & sales processes and data analysis
- Analytical thinking and a structured, careful way of working
- Initial experience with CRM, marketing or analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Very good German and good English skills
- Curiosity, self‑initiative and willingness to work into complex contexts
