About the role
- Maintenance Operations Professional monitoring critical network maintenance events in telecom infrastructure. Overseeing performance, managing maintenance SLAs, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring maintenance events related to access and transport networks at the most critical levels, working on-call.
- Monitor the performance and progress of the contractual rollout;
- Manage offline maintenance and contractual SLA closure, analyze quota overruns and define action plans;
- Assess the effectiveness of preventive maintenance in reducing failures;
- Evaluate and monitor all operational efficiency indicators involving quota consumption and investments (Field, Special Projects);
- Support and guide regional teams in mapping strategic resilience action plans;
- Monitor monthly closure of preventive maintenance activities, quotas, penalties and applied bonuses;
- Present internal indicators and strategic actions to improve process performance;
- Direct action plans for the areas (Field, L3, AI&T) toward new investments;
- Conduct meetings with suppliers to align deliveries and update records;
- Develop solutions aimed at process automation;
- Prioritize and direct the use of Preventive FAT A and B quotas;
- Disseminate knowledge through on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields;
- Experience with external telecom network systems (fiber optic);
- Knowledge of automation;
- Knowledge of budgetary principles/financial management;
- Technical knowledge of telecommunications networks;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of Power BI.
