About the role

  • Junior Key Account Manager at LIMITD enhancing key account relationships. Focused on sales growth and client satisfaction in the German retail market.

Responsibilities

  • Customer relationship management — Sales: building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term, trust-based relationships with key accounts (off-trade).
  • Contract negotiations & customer portfolio: negotiating terms and commercial measures to create sustainable win-win situations for both parties.
  • Day-to-day account management and CRM data maintenance.
  • Planning and execution of trade fairs and sales-promoting events.
  • Revenue growth: generating sales growth by selling LIMITD products to trade customers.
  • Solution development: developing strategies and approaches to meet LIMITD's revenue and profit targets.
  • Internal marketing and sales: presenting and promoting new LIMITD products and collaborating closely with Brand Management and Digital Marketing.

Requirements

  • You have some experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and can collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or have a comparable commercial qualification.
  • You have the ability to think strategically and to build long-term customer relationships.
  • You think strategically, work in a structured way, and take ownership.
  • You have very good German and English skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office.
