• Own the creation and delivery of Light cast's technical product documentation, including user guides, platform overviews, data explanations, integration walkthroughs, and internal knowledge articles.
• Drive clarity and understanding of complex labor market datasets and platform functionality through well-organized, user-focused content that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to identify documentation needs early in the development lifecycle and ensure comprehensive coverage of new features, enhancements, and workflows.
• Establish and maintain documentation standards, including style guides, templates, and terminology conventions to drive consistency and quality across all content.
