- Expertise in alumni surveys, increasing accuracy, growing impact
- Excel wizard, adept with data
- Survey administration experience using Qualtrics, Alchemer, or similar tools
- Passionate about using data to tell stories and drive decisions
- Excellent communicator who builds strong, trusted relationships
- Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams and building process
- Attention to detail managing survey projects with lots of moving parts
