About the role
- Senior Analyst driving fundraising initiatives to support solidary social programs at Liga Solidária in São Paulo. Engaging with potential donors and developing strategic presentations to increase support.
Responsibilities
- Carry out activities focused on fundraising and revenue growth;
- Support the department leadership in restructuring processes, strategic planning, and feasibility studies for implementing a potential CRM to help achieve fundraising targets;
- Work on securing funds through pitch projects, projects under incentive laws (tax incentive programs), cause-related marketing, and unrestricted donations;
- Create and develop commercial presentations to attract, raise awareness, and secure support;
- Map companies and potential donors around our units, and contact and approach them;
- Analyze the portfolio map and conduct active partner prospecting;
- Engage directly with individuals and organizations to carry out fundraising approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Social Communication, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, Social Work, Public Policy, or a related field;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, as these will be used regularly;
- Must be confident in negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills to conduct regular approaches with prospective donors;
- Postgraduate qualification preferred;
