- Recording, classification, posting of accounting entries, and accounting and financial reconciliations;
- Support internal and external audits by providing records and documentation;
- Prepare documentation and respond to inquiries;
- Maintain records for suppliers, customers, products, and financial transaction types;
- Manage fixed asset controls in the accounting system, performing related routines;
- Perform monthly reconciliation between the fixed asset register and general ledger account balances;
- Prepare monthly fixed asset movement schedules;
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
- Previous experience in accounting;
- Advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of the Protheus ERP system is desirable.
