About the role
- Analyst in revenue management optimizing billing systems and processes for logistics at nstech. Supporting compliance, efficiency, and internal departments in São Paulo with a hybrid structure.
Responsibilities
- Issue, verify, and manage transportation billing.
- Operate systems such as CIT, CITNET, CITWEB, QUORUM and AT&M.

- Ensure compliance with contractual rules and internal policies.
- Support internal areas (Operations, Commercial, Finance and Customer Service).
- Prepare reports and management controls.
- Work on continuous improvement of billing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Financial Management or related fields.
- Practical knowledge of the following systems: CIT, CITNET, CITWEB, QUORUM and AT&M.
- Knowledge of billing processes for transportation insurance (cargo insurance).
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Experience with billing in the transportation, insurance or logistics sector.
