Responsibilities
Help shape future-oriented procurement and material group strategies
Gain in-depth and international insights into procurement processes, such as global material group and supplier management
Prepare tenders and conduct supplier negotiations
Collaborate in interdisciplinary, cross-site project teams and departments
Assignments in purchasing at other European production sites (Germany, Austria, France)
Individually tailored support throughout the trainee program
Requirements
Successfully completed technical degree with commercial knowledge, preferably in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Enthusiasm for structural steel components and technically oriented purchasing
Strong cooperation and communication skills
High curiosity and willingness to learn, combined with an independent and structured way of working
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
