About the role

  • Project management and independent leadership of construction projects during the planning and execution phases
  • Supervision of construction works with respect to costs, schedules and quality, including review and verification of billing for completed work
  • Change order and claims management
  • Coordination of internal and external design/engineering services
  • Participation in building requirements assessments
  • Representation of the client toward specialist planners and contracting companies
  • Identification of cost-saving and optimization potential

Requirements

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline (preferred)
  • Experience in project management for turnkey construction projects is an advantage
  • Knowledge of construction law and construction contract law
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and experience using a CAD system
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; French skills are an advantage
  • Confident and persuasive manner, with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Willingness to travel
