About the role

  • Technical and organizational leadership of a team of 7 structural engineers, technicians and draftspeople
  • Responsibility for quality, cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery of projects in the field of structural design
  • Development and planning of technical customer solutions for national and international construction projects
  • Preparation and review of structural calculations as well as assessment of special solutions in building and civil engineering
  • Technical consulting and training of our customers in the use of our products and software solutions
  • Participation in the further development of calculation software and tools for structural design/analysis

Requirements

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, ideally with a focus on structural engineering, structural analysis / structural design
  • Several years of experience in structural analysis, complemented by leadership experience or leadership potential
  • Confident user of CAD programs, ERP systems and common structural analysis software (e.g., Dlubal, RFEM, RStab, FRILO, mbAEC)
  • Relevant leadership experience, including remote leadership/leading teams from a distance
