About the role

Responsibilities
- Technical and organizational leadership of a team of 7 civil engineers, technicians and designers
- Responsibility for the quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of projects in structural engineering
- Development and design of technical customer solutions for national and international construction projects – taking into account standards, product requirements and market needs
- Execution and review of structural calculations and assessment of special solutions in building and civil engineering
- Ensuring compliance with relevant DIN standards, Eurocodes and legal regulations
- Technical consulting and training of our customers in the application of our products and software solutions
- Collaboration in the further development of calculation software and tools for structural design
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on structural engineering, statics / structural design
- Several years of experience in structural analysis/statics, complemented by leadership experience or leadership potential
- Proficient in CAD software, ERP systems and common structural analysis software (e.g., Dlubal, RFEM, RStab, FRILO, mbAEC)
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Solution-oriented, structured and team-oriented working style
- Relevant leadership experience, including remote leadership / managing teams from a distance
