About the role

  • Technical and organizational leadership of a team of 7 civil engineers, technicians and designers
  • Responsibility for the quality, cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of projects in structural engineering
  • Development and design of technical customer solutions for national and international construction projects – taking into account standards, product requirements and market needs
  • Execution and review of structural calculations and assessment of special solutions in building and civil engineering
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant DIN standards, Eurocodes and legal regulations
  • Technical consulting and training of our customers in the application of our products and software solutions
  • Collaboration in the further development of calculation software and tools for structural design

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on structural engineering, statics / structural design
  • Several years of experience in structural analysis/statics, complemented by leadership experience or leadership potential
  • Proficient in CAD software, ERP systems and common structural analysis software (e.g., Dlubal, RFEM, RStab, FRILO, mbAEC)
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented, structured and team-oriented working style
  • Relevant leadership experience, including remote leadership / managing teams from a distance
