About the role

- Track expired processes.
- Coordinate governing documents and prepare them as instructed, e.g., local directives.
- Maintain checklists/databases related to processes and governing documents.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
- Further qualification as a state-certified technician, master craftsman or certified business administrator (desirable).
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc., as well as technical understanding.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Good German and English language skills.
- Motivation and initiative to engage idea submitters and raise awareness.
- Strong communication skills.
