About the role

  • Day-to-day management of Liebherr's individual communities across various social media platforms
  • Engage in dialogue with customers, fans and followers on social media
  • Research community inquiries in coordination with the responsible specialist departments within the corporate group
  • Publish content (texts, images, videos, etc.) and coordinate posts across different social media platforms
  • Implement monitoring insights; analyze and interpret key metrics
  • Collaborate with agencies
  • Contribute to strategy development to grow the corporate group's social media presence

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications preferred, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in an international large company is a plus
  • Experience with social networks and community management, as well as familiarity with content management systems and graphic software
  • Strong affinity for social media and online media
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages advantageous
  • Team-oriented, structured working style with high commitment and initiative, strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
