As a Social Media Manager, you will operate Liebherr's online communities and engage with customers across various platforms. You will coordinate content publications and collaborate on strategy development.
Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of Liebherr's individual communities across various social media platforms
Engage in dialogue with customers, fans and followers on social media
Research community inquiries in coordination with the responsible specialist departments within the corporate group
Publish content (texts, images, videos, etc.) and coordinate posts across different social media platforms
Implement monitoring insights; analyze and interpret key metrics
Collaborate with agencies
Contribute to strategy development to grow the corporate group's social media presence
Requirements
Degree in Communications preferred, or equivalent qualification
Experience in an international large company is a plus
Experience with social networks and community management, as well as familiarity with content management systems and graphic software
Strong affinity for social media and online media
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Excellent English skills; additional languages advantageous
Team-oriented, structured working style with high commitment and initiative, strong communication and organizational skills
