About the role

  • Microsoft Service Manager managing Microsoft ServiceManagement operations and governance structures. Collaborating with various teams on compliance and process development in IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously maintain a Microsoft service management operating model
  • Define and further develop roles and responsibilities (e.g., Service Owner, Product Owner)
  • Establish and optimize governance structures in the areas of data protection, IT security and employment law
  • Manage interfaces with teams such as IT Security, Legal, Data Protection, Employment Law and Vendor Management
  • Develop processes in close cooperation with process management
  • Communications and change management: create transparency and drive adoption
  • Monitoring & Reporting: establish and maintain SLAs, KPIs, dashboards and service health
  • Serve as the central point of contact for Microsoft and internal customers
  • Set strategic direction for Microsoft service management and coordinate related tasks
  • Document and present results
  • Provide support in license management

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
  • Several years of experience in IT Service Management (ITIL knowledge is an advantage)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365)
  • Experience coordinating compliance topics
  • Experience in process management (e.g., BPMN 2.0)
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to manage complex structures
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Team player, self-starter and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
