About the role

  • IT Application Administrator responsible for operational management of PLM and ERP applications. Offering flexible hybrid work model at Liebherr-IT Services GmbH in Kirchdorf/Oberopfingen.

Responsibilities

  • Operational management and hosting of applications (on-premises and cloud) in the context of PLM and ERP
  • Analyze and continuously optimize system architecture to improve stability and efficiency
  • Ensure availability, performance, and security of the systems
  • Implement technical system requirements in the PLM and ERP environment
  • Cross-team collaboration with consulting, development, and infrastructure teams
  • Handle service requests for national and international customers
  • Perform installations, upgrades, and patches

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics and technical application management
  • Basic knowledge of on-premises infrastructures and cloud architectures
  • Initial experience in IT support or system administration, ideally in a PLM or ERP environment
  • High motivation, personal responsibility, and willingness to learn
  • Team player with a goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Business-fluent German and English skills.
