  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service

  • Assist in preparation of store schedules
  • Follow all policies to accurately manage store inventory
  • Open and close the store as required
  • Participate in LIDS Training Programs and adhere to set goals
  • Assist in recruiting and training store personnel
  • Communicate with employees at all levels of the company

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of relative experience
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate a computer and relevant software programs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead
  • Standing required for up to 100% of the work time
  • Ability to work unsupervised
