About the role
- Manage installation work at customer locations to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage subcontractors/vendors to meet safety and quality standards.
- Handle multiple simultaneous projects depending on size and location.
- Logistics of Electronics and Materials, both ordering and inventory control
- Maintaining Project Schedules and Budgets
- Managing change orders
- System commissioning & optimization
- Performing site surveys / data collection and produce bid documents
- Customer Service while on the job site
- Weekly Reports/Updates
- Ability to lead install team stringing coax and fiber cable
Requirements
- Experience installing & managing Distributed Antenna System installations.
- Ability to PIM & Sweep test.
- Previous Site Survey experience.
- Ability to read blue prints and Visio & iBwave drawings
- Thorough understanding of OTDR, Spectrum Analyzer (Anritsu), Signal Generator and similar test equipment.
- Basic understanding of RF Theory & RF Math
