- Manage the SPA as a genuine profit center
- Adhere to established SPA budgets
- Ensure proper daily handling of the SPA cash register
- Develop the SPA treatment menu according to brand protocols
- Inform clients by phone about SPA availability
- Optimize team schedules
- Welcome and attend to SPA clients
- Advise clients on various treatments and products
- Retain clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Supervise all SPA positions and ensure cleanliness
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Qualification in Aesthetics
- Fluent in French and English
- Familiarity with Clarins protocols and treatments preferred
- Organized and diplomatic
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clients
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Passionate, dynamic, and motivated
