About the role

  • Assistant Store Manager responsible for driving sales and supporting store operations. Engaging with customers and managing store inventory while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics
  • Provide consistent appraisal of an associate’s sales performance
  • Provide support and feedback on areas of strength and opportunity
  • Adhere to current visual guidelines including merchandising, signage, and cleanliness
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy
  • Protect Company assets and assist in preparation of store schedules
  • Manage store inventory including receiving and conducting product counts
  • Open and close the store following Operations P&P Manual
  • Participate in LIDS Training Programs and assist in recruiting and training personnel
  • Encourage compliance of established company policies and perform work of subordinates as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
