About the role

  • HR development consultant at Libri implementing training strategies and working with stakeholders on organizational development. Managing workshops and overseeing educational projects throughout the company.

Responsibilities

  • Independently design, implement and administer personnel development instruments and measures
  • Advise executive management, leaders and employees on personnel and organizational development
  • Provide targeted facilitation of team development processes
  • Conduct regular internal training needs analyses
  • Standardize and digitize training offerings, including using our Learning Management System
  • Source, coordinate and manage internal and external service providers (trainers, facilitators, coaches, etc.)
  • Independently deliver workshops, training sessions and information events
  • Contribute to HR projects across the employee lifecycle

Requirements

  • University degree with a background in psychology, human resources/personnel management or social sciences
  • Extensive professional experience (min. 10 years) in both strategic and operational areas of personnel development
  • Comprehensive knowledge of didactics, methodology and/or pedagogy and experience with in-person, digital and hybrid learning formats
  • Confident and open handling of HR and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong service orientation and the ability to communicate appropriately with different target groups and on an equal footing
  • Team-oriented, self-directed working style and the ability to actively involve employees to develop solutions together
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our logistics site in Bad Hersfeld
