About the role

  • Marketing Manager planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns at Lexxic. Delivering lead generation and engagement strategies in a remote-friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver organic and paid lead generation campaigns across content, events and digital channels
  • Manage Google and LinkedIn paid campaigns, optimising for ROI
  • Own campaign delivery end-to-end — from idea to execution to reporting
  • Develop and manage a content calendar that builds authority and drives engagement
  • Grow Lexxic’s presence on LinkedIn and B2B channels
  • Plan and deliver webinars and online events that drive attendance and conversion
  • Own and optimise HubSpot CRM for lead management and reporting
  • Create sales collateral and materials that support pipeline conversion
  • Act as a guardian of the Lexxic brand across campaigns and materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns
  • Confident using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and data to optimise performance
  • Balances creativity with commercial focus
  • Thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment
  • Cares deeply about impact, inclusion and purpose.
