Receiving, inspecting and distributing bulk deliveries (printed materials and promotional items), including creating program-specific address distribution lists
Managing inventory, including producing evaluation/statistical reports
Digital archiving and digital asset management
Assisting with venue setup and provisioning
Supporting the planning and staffing of promotional events (promo booths, leaflet distributions)
Assisting with the maintenance of the address database
General office tasks and research
Requirements
Currently enrolled (minimum 3rd semester) with at least 2 years of student status remaining
Work experience with comparable tasks; ideally initial internships in the cultural sector, communication/marketing, sales, promotion or archiving
Proficiency with digital applications, e.g. Microsoft Office (Excel/Word); experience with databases, newsletter and CRM systems; Adobe InDesign is an advantage
High motivation and flexibility

Physical stamina
German and English language skills (CEFR level B2)
