About the role

  • Customer Success Specialist managing customer onboarding, satisfaction, and upselling for Lexroom's legal AI platform. Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring excellent customer feedback and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal
  • Manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews, and do upsells
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product
  • Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and share insights

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
  • Eager to join a rapidly growing startup
  • Optional but a bonus: Law degree
  • Speak both Italian and English.
