Responsibilities
Become an expert on Lexroom and a product specialist, guiding customers from onboarding to renewal
Manage customers, conduct checkpoints/interviews, and do upsells
Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with the product
Prepare dashboards, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, and share insights
Requirements
0-1 year of experience in a Sales, Ops, or customer-facing roles
Familiar with sales support tools (HubSpot, Notion, etc.)
Eager to join a rapidly growing startup
Optional but a bonus: Law degree
Speak both Italian and English.
