Drive commercial performance and secure ARR
Manage and expand the Waste Sales organization
Build scalable processes and a robust sales engine
Prepare the company for a 2027 scale-up
Provide clear visibility on territories and levers to achieve 2026 objectives
Ensure structured Waste sales processes are adopted across all teams
Maintain a healthy, rigorously tracked pipeline
Requirements
Proven ability to structure and scale a B2B or B2G SaaS sales organization with triple-digit year-over-year growth (processes, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline)
Demonstrated experience in sales management: leading middle managers, designing team structures, and driving collective upskilling, managing teams of at least 10 people
Native French speaker with professional proficiency in English
