About the role

  • Senior Event Sales Manager in a gaming venue overseeing event sales strategy and team leadership. Focused on driving revenue and cultivating partnerships in the Disney Springs market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive significant personal event revenue through an established book of business and proactive outbound strategy
  • Leverage strong relationships with DMCs, corporate planners, hotel partners, and local event professionals
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market penetration plan for Disney Springs and greater Orlando
  • Identify and secure large-scale buyouts, corporate programs, and multi-day activations
  • Maintain a robust pipeline with consistent pacing toward quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Serve as a senior presence within the sales team, mentoring Event Sales Managers and Coordinators
  • Lead by example in outbound prospecting, follow-up cadence, and closing strategy
  • Support weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and sales pacing
  • Elevate sales professionalism, negotiation strategy, and high-value deal structuring
  • Partner closely with operations leadership to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintain strong ties to DMCs, local hospitality networks, CVBs, and tourism partners
  • Represent Level99 at networking events, trade shows, and industry associations
  • Collaborate with hotel sales teams to generate room-night partnerships and referral programs
  • Position Level99 as a preferred experiential venue within the Disney Springs ecosystem
  • Provide insight on pricing strategy, packaging evolution, and competitive positioning
  • Analyze market trends and adapt outreach strategy accordingly
  • Contribute to scalable sales processes as Level99 expands nationally

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or experiential venue sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Established book of business within corporate, association, incentive, or social event markets
  • Strong relationships with DMCs, hotels, corporate planners, and local partners in Central Florida
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead a sales team
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline
  • Experience with CRM systems (TripleSeat or similar preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a high-growth environment
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Requires strong computer skills and proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office specifically Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Experience with planning and project management
  • Flexibility to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines
  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members as an ambassador of the Level99 brand
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which may include days, nights, and weekends
  • Must be able to travel for the construction process at new venues
  • Travel as necessary between venues to support overall team collaboration, leverage learnings and best operational practices, and drive the overall success of Level99 Events & Group Sales
  • A reliable car, current driver's license, and safe driving record are required
  • Compassionate, empathetic, humble, respectful, and kind – very high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to train on-site in Greater Boston or Tysons Corner, VA.
