About the role

  • Architecture Governance Senior Manager responsible for establishing and maintaining architecture governance at Leonardo. Ensuring compliance with architecture standards and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide architecture governance framework.
  • Ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives.
  • Understand requirements related to architecture governance through communication with stakeholders and appropriately reflect them in the architecture governance.
  • Promote the importance of architecture governance within the organization through education and training.
  • Stay updated on the latest best practices in architecture governance and continuously improve architecture governance.
  • Regularly conduct appropriate architecture reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  • Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to understand requirements related to architecture governance and incorporate them into the governance framework.
  • Identify related issues and develop and implement solutions.
  • Provide educational programs on architecture governance to promote stakeholder understanding of the subject.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required
  • Preferably a degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • 5-8+ years of practical experience in architecture governance
  • Practical experience in designing and managing architecture standards, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-wide architecture design principles, governance, and best practices
  • Experience using major Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High ethical standards when handling confidential information
  • TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) and related certifications are preferred
  • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritise multiple tasks and schedules
  • Ability to quickly respond to various challenges and identify appropriate solutions
  • Language Skills: English C1
  • Citizenship: Italian.
