About the role
- Senior Events Analyst supporting organization of various legal events while collaborating with strategic partners. Requires excellent communication and advanced English skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct support in organizing firm-led and sponsored events for the practices;
- Analysis of practice budgets;
- Support for international activities and awards;
- Liaising with chambers and associations at events and mapping market events;
- Planning and execution of institutional and internal events;
- Planning of incentivized projects: briefing, collection of proposals and analysis for presentation to the board;
- Execution and planning of internal actions and internal marketing for incentivized projects + annual follow-up;
- Execution of event activities in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and Brasília (BSB);
- Monitoring the events CRM: process validation, tracking and control of CRM improvements;
- Updating the monthly events dashboard;
- Performance analysis and generation of post-event reports;
- Biweekly completion of Highlights;
- Payment requests and contract management for events under your responsibility;
- Maintaining the vendor spreadsheet;
- Creation of event timelines and run-of-show schedules;
Requirements
- Continuous learning, logical reasoning and teamwork;
- Preferred experience organizing events of small to large scale;
- Preferred experience in Backoffice Support, internal controls and administrative processes;
- Ability to handle multitasking, excellence in delivery, proactivity and organization;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Advanced English.
