About the role

  • Sales Manager for LEDs24 presenting B2B LED lighting solutions in Dresden. Engaging with clients, reactivating leads, and driving new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You present our brand and products front and center as part of the B2B sales team
  • You handle engaging outbound contacts and are not afraid to proactively reach out by phone to contacts across various industries
  • You reactivate existing customers from our database and stimulate renewed purchase interest
  • In initial conversations you qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for follow-up projects or conduct needs analyses

Requirements

  • Strong enthusiasm for telephone-based new customer acquisition
  • Several years of proven sales experience
  • Passion for remote selling, particularly over the phone
  • Customer- and service-oriented approach is natural for you
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Confident negotiation skills
