Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Financial Management, or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training.
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the social or non-profit sector.
Solid knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and grant/funding management.
Confident handling of controlling tools and ERP systems (e.g., Vivendi, DATEV).
Very good Excel skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with high personal responsibility, structured working style, and strong communication skills.
Ability to present complex issues clearly.
Desirable experience working with cost and service carriers/payors (KiBiZ, Employment Agency, LVR, among others) and in the reimbursement/refinancing of services.
Knowledge of non-profit law and social legislation (SGB VIII, IX, XII).
Sensitivity to the specifics of social organizations and interest in social impact measurement and sustainability controlling.
