Area Partner Manager responsible for managing bicycle retailers across North Germany. Collaborating with partners for business growth and regional activation efforts.
Responsibilities
After your onboarding, you will manage our existing network of bicycle retailers and take responsibility for acquiring new bicycle retailers across Northern Germany — from the East Frisian Islands through Hamburg and Hannover to Braunschweig and Wolfsburg.
You will present and sell our leasing, finance and service products (Lease a Bike, Finance a Bike) in brick-and-mortar bicycle retail.
You will advise retail partners on product-specific questions.
You will continuously monitor the market with respect to competitors and developments and, together with our retail partners, drive regional acquisition and activation of employer customers.
You will contribute to the design and development of sales initiatives and support their implementation.
You will conduct events and training sessions in retail.
You will work cross-functionally with B2B sales, marketing and internal stakeholders.
You will systematically maintain and document all retail sales activities.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training.
You have experience in mobility services related to bicycles, e-bikes or pedelecs; experience in bicycle retail is a plus.
You have product knowledge in financial and service offerings.
You are confident using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
You are genuinely interested in people and can build stable, long-term partnerships with our retail partners.
You demonstrate commitment, negotiation skills, a structured way of working and a strong process orientation.
You present yourself confidently and persuasively and have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel is expected.
