About the role

  • Managing sales for financial solutions at the largest financial service provider in Berlin. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams for successful financing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advising customers of Berliner Sparkasse, the largest financial services provider in Berlin
  • Selling financing and home‑savings (Bauspar) solutions from the product ranges of LBS NordWest and Berliner Sparkasse
  • Providing independent advisory services with flexible working arrangements
  • Close collaboration with Berliner Sparkasse customer advisors in the branches

Requirements

  • Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by further qualification as a certified banking specialist (Bankfachwirt)
  • Several years of sales experience in financial services or a banking environment
  • Strong closing ability, self‑initiative and a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour
  • Enjoy contributing to team success
